Sleeping, it is a biological necessity of our body because, during this time we organize ideas, and we replenish energies, our body carry out a lot of process that help our health, a good sleep means well being all day, but if you don’t get enough sleep, you’ll feel exhausted, the time recommending  to sleep in adults is between seven and nine hours, so, we spend a lot of time in our life sleeping, time that we could take advantage developing other activities, I personally, really like sleep, it’s my favorite moment because when I wake up I feel able to do the duties and I feel more concentrated, 

However, if I could live without sleeping, I would like to discover more about the universe because this is an interesting topic and all that we need to know it is understand our environment, it is read that I do if my time were longer, I would enjoy more time with my family and learn to play guitar because what have been my purpose it is know about music.

As a conclusion  I considered that I don’t know how to organize myself in order to do my day more productive and a hypothetical solution can be that I could live without sleeping.

Coronavirus is a problematic that is affecting us in many aspects like socially, economically, and of course our health.
If we think about how coronavirus concerns our modern world of consumption, economic growth and accelerated life, we find that the virus is expanding rapidly and it is a reason of change. The government of countries where there are cases, have to search solutions to avoid panic and the best way to confront this infectious disease, and countries where the disease is not yet present should take precautions.
According to the financial world the virus causes an imbalance because there are experts who advice people not to go to public places and not agglomerate that means a decrease in economic activity, because these places are where the virus spreads faster, to give an idea if you go to the market you have to avoid interaction or personal contact, in addition we know that if you go to a hospital you must be prepared and use the surgical mask.
So, all this situation allows me to confirm that coronavirus will change our globalized world.

I considered that if there are something that i really enjoy it is not material, that’s why my favorite thing is instrumental music, this is the best human’s invent, it is a real company, it can make me experiment emotions that maybe I did not know, when I listen to this kind of music I get relaxed, and problems and worries become small, and also is a way to remember the past.
